As a recent customer of one of Mr Meyer's finely crafted decks,,, I have no reservations what so ever,, in recommending him for your deck needs ..He is not only a very talented individual ,, he also brings back to the industry, what used to be common ,, and that is Honesty and pride in workmanship. If we should ever experience a severe earth quake here in New Hampshire ,, all I can hope for is that , I am on my new deck at the time...

Waited 18 years for a deck and could not be any happier, with the truly ROCK SOLID DECK Lane built for me. Just as the name implies it couldn't be any sturdier. Above code and Lane stands behind his work. Even the inspector was impressed. My opinion, you want a deck that will stand the test of time, have Lane build it! P.S. -It was worth the wait! Lane has worked on several projects around the house and each time the quality and craftsmanship of his work has been extraordinary. The decks that he builds are highly crafted and stronger than your normal decks. Lane is a businessman with plenty of integrity and honesty and is not willing to sacrifice quality for profit. I strongly recommend his carpentry skills as a framer, builder and finish carpenter.

I had an older deck behind my veterinary hospital that was in significant need of repair. We had recently constructed an employee lounge area but could not use the deck as it was too unsafe. Lane poured new footings, added bracing, and replaced the unsafe lumber. The sway is gone, it is solid as a rock. I am convinced that should a tornado hit my hospital, this deck would survive.
